6. What are the things that worry me, my fears, and WHY?
7. Just how important are they? What are the circumstances? Can I change them?
8. What are the things that I enjoy? How often do I find these? What are the circumstances?
9. What are the things that give me Tranquillity and Harmony? How often do I achieve these? What are the circumstances?
IN SAME NOTEBOOK :
Keep a record of : your morning reviews, of night-time occurrences, disturbances, dreams etc
your evening reviews, of daily happenings that have interested you and your personal responses, and/or wished-for-next-time responses.
